Full paper submission

Upload your manuscript as a PDF for peer review and follow it from received to decision.

A full paper submission sends your complete manuscript for peer review.

What you need

  • Your manuscript as a PDF of up to 4 MB
  • A title, an abstract of up to 300 words and three to six keywords
  • The sub-theme that fits your work best
  • The name, email, affiliation and country of every author

The paper template, page limit and formatting rules are on the submission guidelines page.

What happens after you submit

  1. Received. You get a reference number and can open your submission at any time.
  2. Under review. The organisers assign your paper to reviewers. Reviewers see the title, abstract and file but not the author list.
  3. Decision. Reviewers send their recommendation and comments to the organisers. When the organisers release the decisions, your status changes to Accepted or Rejected and the reviewers' comments appear on your submission page.
  4. Camera-ready. Accepted authors send the final version by 15 December 2026.

You can edit or withdraw a submission until review starts.

Sign in or create a free author account in the submission portal, fill in the form and upload your file where one is needed. The portal gives you a reference number and shows the status of your submission at every step.

The full paper deadline is 10 November 2026.
