This website is run for INCCST'27 by the Department of Computer Systems Engineering, MUET Jamshoro. This notice describes what it actually collects.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
- Registration form: your name, email, affiliation, country, category, optional paper ID and notes.
- Update list: your email address.
- Author account and submissions: your name, email, affiliation, country, a password (stored only as a one-way hash), the details of each submission, the files you upload, and the reviewers' comments on your work.
- Reviewers: the organisers create reviewer accounts. We keep their name, email and the reviews they submit.
We use this only to answer you, run the conference and the review process, and send the updates you asked for.
Cookies
The public pages set no cookies and have no advertising or analytics trackers. When you sign in to the author, reviewer or admin area, one secure session cookie keeps you signed in. It is removed when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
Who sees your submission
The organisers can see everything in your submission. Reviewers assigned to your paper see its title, abstract and file, but not the author list in the portal. Uploaded files are never public.
Abuse prevention
To stop spam we keep a one-way hash of your network address next to form submissions, and short-lived request counters that are cleared automatically. The hash can't be turned back into an address.
